About us
Paul & Bianca
Founded in 2009. Our 1st vintage saw us produce just 2 barrels of Sauvignon Blanc which we sold out the back of the Camry on weekend trips to Perth. We operate a little less like bootlegger’s today, but still do a lot by hand….and feet!
