2021 Le Viandier Chardonnay

Whole bunches wild fermented on skins for 5 days, pressed off and matured in an older puncheon and Tuscan amphora. Unfined and unfiltered this wine is a cosmic kaleidoscope of aromas and flavours. Skin tannins extracted during fermentation add texture and mouthfeel. A delicious, crunchy and structured wine. Best drunk listening to country music.
