A Nouveau style wine that is bottled early to retain a small amount of fermentation gasses. 100% Carbonic fermentation in Tuscan Amphora for 30 days. Basket pressed to concrete for maturation and bottled in July of the same vintage year. This wine is crunchy, bubbly and fresh. The ultimate breakfast wine of the wine world. Unfined, unfiltered, extremely glugable. Loves a chill too!
