2023 Le Viandier Arneis

Made in a Roero style this wine is cold soaked on skins before the natural onset of fermentation. A cool ferment preserves the delicate aromas and the wine is left on its gross lees for up to 3 months to build palate weight and texture. Compliments rich and creamy dishes or seafood platters on the Riviera. Lovely in its youth, like all of us, but gets better with age.
